Put your email in the "order notes" section at checkout so I can send you the google form required for this custom order slot.
When you buy this you will have to fill out a google form with questions related to what kind of design you want your dog tags to have.
All dog tag necklaces come with two dog tag charms, a 24-inch stainless steel ball chain, and a 4-inch duplicate chain.
Please allow up to 2-6 weeks for production. I design and make everything myself.
Once the necklace is finished, I will send you pictures of it via your form of contact on the google form and then mail it out on the following shipping day.
